so we went and saw some of the houses today.
the report we saw 2 we loved one hated one. will meet again on sunday to see some more and review the comps on the treehouse
ok now to think big thought about how to make the treehouse mine.
i can see a hottub on or next to the front porch with a nice wrap around privacy structure that matches the front.
would have to sell the living room furniture and dinning room table to fit in the house but still worth it.

PSYC! looks like michael vick lived here. you can small and see the damage from dogs being bred here. all of the floors were destroyed. the wood trim everywhere was devoured. even sections of walls. the carpenter bee's had dealt with the outside of the house. the roof was leaking all over and it was in general disarray (does that make me professor chaos) i don't think i would be willing to take this work on if the house was 40K. i spent my childhood working on a money pit home. never again. Holy dog piss batman
