a very brady hunting

Its true i'm a picky yet indecisive person. i know it is an oxymoron. but its me
as we looked at houses my mind kept returning to 70's design. i always said i loved modern but the more i think i want the 70's take. the great rooms the big funky windows and shapes. the sexy wood siding in unconventional directions. i'm sorry but its hawt kinda like a grown up treehouse.

now the suck. dark wood trip everywhere just makes a house feel like a cell. galley kitchens are for valium popping wives who's biggest wish is to get sloshed at the next cocktail party and not burn the roast.

Well my modern husband wants a house to entertain in. since he's the one that people want to talk to the kitchen should be open and inviting (bah)

so my hunt in order of priority
a sexy 70's house with 2500-4000 sq feet on the west side of Atlanta
a private backyard spaced wooded with enough flat ground for a deck/pool/hottub
an open floor plan or good kitchen
3-5 bedrooms for all of our needs
something lower on the budget since we will need to address some of the 70's scary
a garage


and the beat goes on.
