We fell in love with the treehouse and now have it under contract.
we do the inspection tomorrow morning. and should be good to go quickly after that. all financing is in place so all we have to go
- inspection: that'll be tomorrow
- termite incpection: that next wed
- aprialsal: on the lenders schedule
- closing: we are looking at 4/29 but want to bring it in as much as we can
- selling the furniture that won't work (too big for the new house)
- reclining couch and love seat
- glass dining room table and 8 chairs
- kitchen table and stools
- glass coffee table and end tables from the family room
- lighting. everything in the new house works. don't need the lights we have
- TV stand. gonna mount the 47" on the wall
- the move from hell. not looking forward to that we live on a big hill and will be moving to another strange hill so small moving truck with several trips
now to sleep
