The latest on the house

We have definitely chosen the treehouse. If you click on the word treehouse above you can see it or you can see it on my facebook page in my photo album. The inspector came today and found a few minor things and a couple of bigger ticket items that need to be addressed. Oddly the owner showed up and stayed the entire time. She would not shut up. She did without even hesitation give me the combination to the door and tell me I can store stuff there in the garage prior to closing if I want and she took down the for sale sign. She kept asking me how I felt about the inspection not that she knew since she did not hire him he was talking directly to us only and waited till she left the room. She repeatedly said if anything was wrong she would fix it but we will see tomorrow when she gets the list of things they need to fix in order for us to keep going with the deal. I am pretty certain they will fix them and we are going to insist that they be fixed to the inspectors specifications. I am going to have him come out again when they are done to be sure. All in all it went well and we are pretty excited. Now just waiting on termite guy to go ahead with the deal and we will sweat out escrow.
